Bloom Haven has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients who do not provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.

Yes, therapy is confidential. Your privacy is very important to us. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except in certain situations where we are legally required to do so, such as in cases of harm to yourself or others.

The length of therapy depends on your goals and the challenges you are facing. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, while others may choose longer-term support. We will regularly review progress and adjust the course of therapy as needed.

If you need to reach out between sessions, please email, text or call. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact your local crisis center 911, 988 for SI/HI or go to the nearest emergency room.
